Despite being my usual size, this shoe was far too small overall. Build quality was fine.

Felt a bit small, have other Rockport styles in this size and they are OK (maybe my foot is getting bigger as I get older). Very nice shoe otherwise.

I don't have unusually large ankles, but the hole that holds your ankles is too tight, even with the shoe untied. It's like a strong person had grabbed my ankles and was trying to choke them.

Not the Rockport quality I remember from yesterday. I returned and do not think I will ever buy another Rockport product.
