I've been buying Ugg slippers for years and they've lost me as a customer. This last pair (the Caspian) was not only more expensive, but I thought the interior fur was thinner. Well, about 4 months in, one shoe's fur started wearing through completely. (It normally takes close to a year, NOT four months for the fur to wear down, especially when it was only one shoe). Then, when I submit detailed.photos for their supposed "warranty," I'm denied twice and told it's natural wear and tear. As someone who's gone through 10 pairs of these over the years, this is NOT normal wear and tear. So I've found another online retailer whose customers rave at how much better their brand is AND they are half the cost. I'm tired of brands that don't stand by their warranty blaming the (loyal) customer, when they're using shoddy materials to cut costs. My next purchase will not be here. Do.better.
