Returning because I wanted them to be thicker on the ball of my foot. I thought extra thickness would help with the pain I sometimes get due to my bunion.

Loved the shoe but it was too small

I have high arches, high instep and narrow ankles. I'm cautious about buying sandals because sometimes the top strap will dig into the top of my foot. The velcro straps helped me adjust the sandals to my feet. The cushioned insole is very nice and they are comfortable. I also like the dark brown reddish leather and slight tread. I'm very happy with these sandals.

They were poorly packaged so they were bent out of shape and uncomfortable. Too bad, they are great looking, but too expensive to take a chance on reshaping.

I am one of those people where my shoe size isn't universal among shoes. I wear a 5-1/2 - 6 and my feet were swimming in these size 6. However, I will be ordering these in a size smaller

Naot is a great shoe & the fit was fine.?My issue with this particular shoe is the leather which is not soft at all but stiff & was rubbing the side of my foot & would eventually irritate the skin.

I have been wearing Naot Karenna sandals for many years and love them. They have great arch support and can be adjusted to fit my narrow feet. I have 4 pairs in different colors! I decided to buy a new pair to replace the pair that is looking worn. The new ones feel shorter than the old ones. My toes hit the border, which is uncomfortable. I compared the two shoes and the new ones seem a tiny bit shorter, and the border is a little wider. They also feel a little narrower, which is good for my narrow feet. But I have to return them because of the length.

I use orthotics with this. The toe strap left sores so I returned it.
