I wear a 14 6E. These fit PERFECTLY in width at exactly where they should, meaning they are sized 2E wider than they advertise. Additionally, the toe was at least 2 sizes long as it passes my big toe by nearly 2". I had to add an additional insole on top of the existing insole and wear white athletic socks to be able to fit them from top to bottom, which means they are at least 2 sizes too large top to bottom. I am keeping them but be aware if you are buying these you need to order at least 1 size smaller.
