Couldn't really try on this sandal. The front strap is so low that I had to adjust it almost all the way to the end of the adjustment range. This is the 2nd try for the Lappland. (The first one had a smaller upper fastened to the size 44 sole. In my opinion Naot has serious QC issues.) Just because one Naot fits you well does not ensure that another will. I love their Electric sandal where the straps are plenty long enough.

These are really bad sandals. I only wore them during the summer, and they only lasted a little over 2 summers. The Velcro has worn out so it always flops open while walking. Its a real pain to keep the Velcro secured. I don't know why the call it Lappland because they are made in Israel. I'm throwing these away at the end of the summer.

Disappointing especially for the price. They are not that comfortable or attractive. The heel band is not adjustable. They are too big for the size, and they are too high - what is with the platform? These are not suitable for an elderly gentleman :(

This my 4th pair of this style of Naot sandals. They are the most comfortable, reliable and true to size that I’ve ever had. I have foot neuropathy and these sandals are the best foot wear for this issue.

One sandal was more or less the right size, the other one was a full size bigger, almost like the heel loop was just made with too much material. I have had Naot sandals before and read about quality issues lately, I guess I should have listened to them, ordering these was a mistake. They look nice, they just aren't made properly.

My husband typically doesn’t like wearing sandals - there’s always a strap or buckle rubbing uncomfortably on his ankles or heels, or his feet slide out of them while he’s walking. But he LOVES these Naots! They are super-cushiony and feel very secure on his feet, due to the two adjustable top straps and additional heel strap. Plus, you can dress them up or down since they are a very nice leather. The workmanship and quality of these sandals is very impressive – we will definitely buy Naot shoes again! As for sizing, they seem to run small. My husband typically wears a men’s US 11.5 or 12, so we initially bought an 11 (EU 44) and 12 (EU 45). The 11 was way too small and the 12 was still a smidge too small, so we had to go up to the 13 (EU 46), which fit him perfectly.
