With its additional foam layer, the soft footbed offers extra comfort and pampers feet – all day long. The upper is made from extra thick, oiled nubuck leather with an open-selvage finish. The soft footbed features a foam layer inserted between the cork layer and suede liner. Microscopic air bubbles cushion your feet while providing moderate arch support. Birkenstock's contoured footbed offers firm stable support, a neutral stance with room for toes to stretch and spread, and a natural walking motion that encourages optimal toe movement and blood flow. This is the foundation of active recovery. Anatomically correct footbed is crafted from 100% renewable and sustainable cork. A natural variation in color can occur with oiled leathers.
