These are great for walking around campus and they do great against deep puddles I swear I've never gotten my socks wet. Also great compliment.

I'm still in the breaking in stage of the shoe, but it is already almost as comfortable as a shoe I've worn for months. I didn't realize they had a bit of a leather inside at the top, so breaking in will take a little longer, but they'll probably be more durable long term! It is a little more of a fashionable, streetwear shoe than performance, but Vans doesn't compromise overall good feeling for looks, they give you both. I wouldn't exactly run a marathon in them, but on my third wear I wore them to my graduation and they served me well for style as well as general comfort.

These are my favorite work shoes. Great support and very comfortable. I do wish they had zipper on the side like the kids shoes but someday! Haha
