At least one size larger than my normal 8M, very comfortable but my heels don't even touch the back so they flip off with each step. Unfortunately would not be able walk in them due to this issue. Will try a size down because I do think they are comfortable and attractive otherwise.

Super comfy! Nice color, but I'd like more of a chocolate brown.

Loved the shoe, but not the color - I ordered the Sofft Amsterdam in the Onion color. They looked gray on the computer, but are actually more of a lavender color. If I had something to wear them with, I would keep them. I was going to exchange them for black, but there were no more in black. I wore them for a few minutes on the carpet and found them to be very comfortable and true to size.

Striking good looks, but wide heel - These shoes are top-notch in the looks department! The suede upper is great for fall & winter, and the style is fantastic. Because of the other reviews, I ordered a half size larger and that was definitely the right thing to do, as the toe box is pointed and a bit cramped. I gave it only 4 stars for comfort because I found that, although the arch support is great and the insoles are cushiony-soft, the heel seems really wide and slips off my foot every now & then. Because of this, I really don't feel totally comfortable in them because I'm aware that the heel tends to slip out and I'm afraid of tripping (and falling).

I sometimes find an 8.5M too snug and a 9 too loose; however, in this shoe a 9M is perfect. This shoe is great with classic cut trousers, particularly something tweedy. With longish, boot cut jeans, it looks a bit like a dressy boot. Super comfortable and ultra cute!

May be the most comfy and arch-supported heels ever - Unbelievable cushioning and arch support. While the style may be a bit heavier looking, it still looks great with skirts or slacks and I can wear this one all day with no problem. I have narrow fit and heels are just a teeny bit wide but can easily deal with that. The overall fit is great.

If only they made a 10.5 - I love this shoe and would have ordered it in a second color, but Sofft just doesn't make my size in this style. I ordered a 10 and an 11 and the 10 is very tight, but the 11 falls off my foot. I've tried wides in other styles and they tend to be wide in the heel, but not in the toe… while I am narrow in the heel, but wide in the toe. I love Sofft, but many of their styles just don't work for me. I kept this shoe in the 10 because it's amazingly cute, but I can't wear them on days when I'll be walking much.

Definitely Run Small - These shoes look great for work. I have another pair of Sofft shoes, which are my "wear daily" pumps for work, so I got these. However, they are too tight. Unfortunately, I couldn't return them, because I wore them all day and got a blister that bled into the back of the shoe (gross!). Buy a half size larger than you normally wear!

Great shoe! These shoes are very stylish not to mention comfortable as well! I wear a size 9 1/2W, but had to send the 9 1/2W back and order a 9W instead. The vanity factor alone makes this shoe attractive!!! Today is my first time wearing the shoe and I work in a very busy, on your feet all day CT facility. Even after 5 straight hours on my feet, the only thing bothering me is one of my toes. Like most folks, I have one foot that's slightly smaller than the other, which just happens to be the side the sore toe is on. I'm sure that the next time I wear them, I won't have that problem. I highly recommend this shoe for its comfort, style, and vanity factor!

Beautiful shoe, great with jeans or brown skirst - This is a snazzy looking shoe, comfortable and stable on my foot. It does feel a bit tight at the toe; but overall I am quite happy with these shoes.
