The Kamik Greenbay 4 is an excellent value for a winter boot that is warm, comfortable and built to last. I've work the boots to shovel snow, to hike 2 - 3 miles, and to keep me warm and dry commuting to work. Third winter owning them, and they are as warm and weatherproof as the first time I wore them.
I have had these in the past. Great boot for snow and warmth, but these are too tight I wear a woman's 13 and ordered the men's 12. The length is ok, but they are super tight around the toes and middle of boot as well.
I have a very wide left foot which makes finding comfortable shoes and boots difficult. That being said I still felt these ran a little narrower than they should. The quality of the boot was good.
Overall OK for my purpose, to trek through snow to get to bird feeders. Ordered one size up, 14 for ease of getting on and off as well as to allow for use of thicker stockings. Arch support is more of an uncomfortable ridge, added orthotic inserts with benefit.
I bought these for my 13-year old son, they fit well in the foot but are quite large around the calves. He was able to cinch them together enough to be comfortable, but it took some effort. These would likely fit an adult quite well as opposed to a very slim teen with large feet.
