Both of my ankles are fused, so I am always looking for well made, comfortable insoles. These insoles are neither. Absolutely not worth the price they charge. I would not recommend.
Great insert - works amazingly for the long days on the hardest of surfaces

I buy these for all my hiking boots. Essential for my plantar fascitis
It doesn't provide arch support. I adjusted them perfectly to fit in my shoes but they there was not enough arch support.
I have a high arch and back issues that require better heel control. These make my feet feel great. It's easier to stand 10 hours because of these.
Have several pairs. Definitely work well in certain pairs of sneakers for over pronation
