These flip flops are gorgeous and for the price paid seem very well made. With that said, they are also uncomfortable to wear. The sole is fine and arch support is fine. It’s the piece between the toe that is bothersome. I had my daughter try them on to see if it was just me thinking they were uncomfortable, however she said the same thing.
I had no intention of returning them since they are very cute but sadly I discarded the box and shipping material so it’s likely too late anyhow.
For reference my feet are an 8 1/2 - 9, medium width, arches on the higher side but not super high. The size 9 fit perfectly except for that annoying piece between the hallux and 2nd toe.

I ordered an 11. Received a 9. Initiated a return for the size 9. Went to order a size 11 and Now the 11 is sold out.

probably needed a 8.5 also, my foot isn't wide enough so when i walk,, the straps are not tight on my feet so it feel very loose

Fit is perfect. I’m between a size 6 to a 7 in boots. Fits true to size. The stitching details are the game changer.

This is my second pair of the OluKai Paniolo. This pair is black and my first pair was brown. These have more arch support than some of the OluKai, which is good for me. I absolutely love the stitched design in the leather footbed! I am going to order another pair in brown since mine are several years old and now worn.

This is a beautiful flip flop and I wanted to keep them. Unfortunately, the stitching on the foot bed was very uncomfortable on the bottom of my thin-skinned foot. Hope people with healthier feet will enjoy them.

Hurt badly between my toes on my left foot. Right foot was perfect. I had the exact same problem on the other pair I ordered. I really like the shoes and am very disappointed that they didn't work out.

I love the looks and fit of this sandal. Unfortunately, the stitching us above the sole and is very uncomfortable.
on the bottom of my feet. I am over 70 and take blood thinners. Someone with a little more padding on the bottom of their feet should love them.
I returned them.
