I've bought Arizona Suede products for decades. I tried the Birkibuc for the first time because it was significantly less expensive. I don't hate it, but I don't love it. It just feels really cheap. Birks are overpriced, especially given how fast the soles and cork degrade, but honestly, there's nothing like Birks so I just keep getting them. I live in them all summer and wear them with socks in the winter. But next time I will go with the true suede so they feel like real Birks. I have to buy a new pair about once a year because they wear down so fast and the foot support dies.

Birkenstocks are no longer made like they used to be. I only order them due to have plantar fasciitis. They are not attractive by any means, but they’re great for my feat.

These sandals do fit my feet, but they have ridges for the toes and my feet will not tolerate. I should have read more reviews before I ordered as I am sure someone has mentioned this before. I know my feet and they will not do with the toe fit provided in these sandals.

This is my third pair of Birkenstock "house shoes" and my first two pairs last me 20 years each! The upper material of this pair IS NOT made of leather and I will be shocked if they will last me 20 years! I hope I am wrong.
