These are the only brand/style that I have found so far to consistently accommodate fairly well my particular feet and shoe needs in terms of shoe size and width as well as ease in putting on/taking them off. The design style is basic, nothing fancy or especially stylish or anything, but this pair of shoes fit me well and offer me the best comfort level I have found so far as someone with chronic and multiple orthopedic foot and ankle issues (resulting from past injuries). I have ordered this same brand/style of shoes multiple times and for over a decade now… I’ve tried looking at other brands and styles, none have worked out unfortunately, but this one has become my constant and go to shoe for a very, very long time. I hope that they never stop making/offering this particular shoe product because I think my only other option beyond being able to easily find and order these online (at Zappos) would be to have to look into finding custom made shoes (which I have no doubt would be significantly more expensive, and perhaps also very straining budget wise, plus, not too sure how easy it is to find anyone who makes custom made shoes these days to begin with).

I was hoping these would work for me. i had this shoe before in a tie version, and i loved them. Now due to arthritis, and swollen feet these didnt work for me. I do recommend these if you have normal feet!
I ordered size 16 you sent me size 15.
Way too narrow for the stated width. 4E width was too narrow to fit even a 3E foot. Couldn't even get my foot into the shoe so couldn't judge the arch support.
This pair of easy-to-fasten shoes met every expectation. Quite comfortable right out of the box and the sizing was accurate. There were several other possible options but I think I hit the jackpot. There's always a bit of luck in picking shoes online. Zappos approach seems to help me.
Ordered 8.5 but was delivered an 8. Box had right info but the shoes did not.
