These socks are so nice, and padded inside that I returned the other 2 brands. There is nothing else out there like this, exactly what I was looking for , for long walks and extra cushion for the bottom of my feet, my toes especially. I'm now a thorlos lifer. Expensive?...yes, they are just socks...but what would you pay to not have blisters on your feet or toes? One less meal at Outback and you are set with these for a long time ;)
Excellent cushioned socks. With severe forefoot pain, these socks have extra cushioning not only on the bottom but also on the top of the forefoot area. These are the most comfortable socks I have ever had.
LOVE Thorlos socks! I purchased the first pack of three for their thick padding to protect my heels from my leather travel sneakers and they are fabulous! I now have 3 sets of the 3 packs, and I never have to worry about blisters again. At 65, my skin seems thinner and more prone to blisters and wounds from long distance walking, so these are in my permanent walking packing cubes. I also wear twice a week for the thicker sneakers during physical therapy (double knee replacements, so happy feet are essential). Highly recommend!
These socks fit perfectly and are some of the most comfortable cushioned socks I have ever purchased. Worth the price!
Although I have worn Thorlo ankle socks for decades for some reason the recent purchase socks don't come up quite as far, on my ankle, as the ones that I still have. The size I ordered were correct but something isn't quite right. My shoe size is 9.5-10 but maybe I should have ordered the next size up? Maybe I'll have to order one pair in the larger size just to compare. Otherwise I'm a huge fan of the Thorlo's and will continue to be.
These socks are not the same as they once were. The heels of the socks slide down into my shoes. They are not as thick as they used to be. You should seriously consider making them like you used too. I won't be buying again.

The socks are very thick, and quite comfortable. They are thick enough to have an impact on how well the shoe fits (width). However, after several washings, they are considerably less thick, though still effective. I wish they offered this sock in level 2 thicknesss.
Love these socks. Perfect for tennis. They don't slide down in your shoes and not too thick.
The fit was perfect and size was good too. The cushioned foot bed was very comfortable, I wear them everyday. I have size 13 extra wide and are extremely hard to find. The material is nice and soft and does not shrink up. Plz don't change these socks.
