The cap fits a little tight. Yes, I am 64 and built to size. I know with wear the elastic will relax so the current fit is not a big issue, just a comment . Materials and craftsmanship are above the average, so no abrasion from the cloth, headband or seams.

I wear 7 3/8 and this hat was L/XL and fits great. Snug enough to hang on for boat rides but not uncomfortable. 2nd one of this exact style I have had.
