I slipped these arch supports in my Puma's and they work very well, no more backache from lack of arch support. I put these under the original inserts that way it gives your feet the best comfort.

Seems to help with my feet not hurting after just wearing a shoe or boot for a short time. So Thankful...Haven't had them long, Hopefully they will last awhile. Thank You !
