These sandals have changed since I last purchased them 10 years ago. The material felt more stiff and uncomfortable to walk on. My older version seemed to have a little more bounce in the sole when walking. Fit as expected and they are handy sandals to have around; so I wish they were more comfortable like the older versions.
I LOVE these Birkenstock because they're teal colored and so comfortable! The sole just cracked after 7 years so I'll need to replace them. Birkenstocks ever!
I love the style and fit and that is why I ordered a replacement for my old pair. Unfortunately, this pair was delivered in a brown Amazon bag(?) and they were completely crushed and the wrinkles look worse than my original pair that I was hoping to replace.
I have 3 pair of this exact same Birkenstock Sandler. I ordered one size larger (39) and it is smaller than the size 38 I have been wearing for years. I actually held them up together and the size 39 is clearly smaller than the size 38. I don’t know what to make of this. I have 4 pair of different Birkie clogs and Sandler. Could Birkie have changed their sizing?
These ended up hurting my feet. The plastic rubber gave me reflux marks on the side of my feet where it rubbed when walking. I don’t think these are for anyone unless you enjoy feeling no support and can handle rubber plastic around your feet.
Birkenstocks are my go-to shoes in the spring and summer. I have plenty of other shoes I can wear, but I always end up choosing my Birks—they go with everything I own and they’re incredibly comfortable. For sizing, a 36 fits me like a glove, and that’s the size I always buy. That said, I have worn a 37 before and could definitely get away with it if a 36 isn’t available and I really want the style. I also wouldn’t worry too much about width sizing because the straps are very adjustable. For reference, my sister normally wears a 37 and she can easily fit into my 36—she even borrows mine sometimes. One thing worth mentioning about Birkenstocks in general: if you’re not used to wearing them daily, or you haven’t worn them in a few months, your feet (especially the soles) and even your legs might feel a little sore for the first few days. That’s just because of the molded footbed. The soreness goes away quickly, kind of like muscle aches when you start using muscles you haven’t worked in a while.

Super comfortable and I love the look but they are too slippery with socks. I planned to wear them in my home office as slippers.
This is my third pair of the Arizona EVA Essentials and I wear them all summer with everything. Comfortable, supportive and lightweight. Love these!
I have these in two colors and love them. An easy, casual sandal that can slip on for errands or hitting the beach. I also appreciate the width options (I got the narrow) and ability to adjust the straps so they fit just the way you want them too.
