Very comfortable and fit true to size.

This is such a beautiful shoe and has a very comfortable foot bed, but the "wide" is just a bit too narrow for me. It feels more like a "C" width than a "D" width. Even just comparing it visually with other shoes I have in a "D" width, I can see that the sole is somewhat narrower. Big disappointment!

I really wish this shoe would have fit me. They were so cute and fairly comfy for heels, with a cushioned footbed. Unfortunately the heel was too wide for me and just didn't fit securely.

My daughter was worried because this shoe was sold out in her size except for the narrow, but we took the chance--and they are perfectly comfortable! Did not feel narrow at all. Very comfortable, well-made shoe.

Cute shoes, but the narrow was way too wide. I would’ve tried a slim if it was offered, because I like the shoes.

I LOVE this style. The straps keep the shoe very secure to your foot, they are comfortable enough to wear and walk in all day. The heel is modest (so it doesn't feel like you have to adjust your walk). No complaints at all. Keep this style in production forever please. I recommend buying a half size smaller than your normal shoe.

The shoes are lovely and fit well. I have high arches and usually wear orthotic inserts. I couldn't with these shoes but they have enough arch support to be comfortable. the main problem I had was with the color. It was darker than I expected and didn't look great for my skin tone. but I am considering re-ordering in a different color.

Used shoes were delivered. After an hour on the phone, Zappos was only able to tell me to return them and give me a small credit to the reorder. Now, the shoes are no longer available.
