I like the looks, so I ordered. The boots arrived as advertised. Great looking boot. Can't get the heel of my foot past the ankle area of boot. I even tried a shoehorn and wax paper. Way too narrow in the ankle area. Never got a chance to wear them. That's why I gave it one star. Zappo's is great. I've been buying here for a long time and will continue to so.
