I bought my first pair of these boots 10 years ago and I loved them. They fit my narrow heels, they look amazing on my size 11 feet and I constantly got compliments about them. I wore them 6 months of a year and after 3 years, when the heels wore down, I bought a new pair. I've now purchased this boot 4 times and each time I get less and less wear out of the boot and then go back to rewearing the old boots that I kept because they still have more wear left than the newest version. In my first boots, the heels were the first part of the shoe to fall apart. The leather has changed and now it is so thin that it almost immediately wears off the sides. The toe of the shoe and the sides of the heel show immediate wear after just a few times wearing the boot. In my pictures, the shoes appear worn out and that boot is almost brand new. Despite how gorgeous these shoes are, they no longer last more than a month or two with careful wear. In addition, the price has drastically increased, but they are clearly not putting the increase into the boot as the leather is now half as thick as it once was.

These are the most comfortable as well sharp looking boots I’ve ever own . Searching specifically for a navy blue boot landing on Spring Step was a no brainer order. Love the brand , own several pairs but these are my first boots , may order the Stockholm in another color , that’s how much I like these boots .

First of all I love the brand and have purchased several flats . Needing a stylish blue pair of boots I came across these from one of my favorite brands, with no hesitation a purchase was made . What a terrific decision , these are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn . Would recommend them wholeheartedly this coming from a woman in her 7th decade who refuses to sacrifice style ( with comfort) for shoes that scream old lady !!!

Very dressy for a low heel. Exactly what I need for dress pants.

These are my go-to "dressy" boots for my problem feet. I add an insole for extra cushioning. They work well to dress up a slacks outfit, and I own multiple colors.

These boots are absolutely beautiful, however, they are not overly comfortable (especially for a low-heel boot), and the worst part is the fur-like lining on the inside (top and bottom) pushes my socks between my toes and feels awful. (It's almost like when we wore snow boots with felt linings as a kid and your socks always ended up down at your toes. It's not that bad, but it does push the socks between my toes to the point that I had to keep adjusting them.) I've tried a couple of different types of socks and the same issue occurs. And it's too cold (and the boots are comfy enough) to wear the boots without socks. Sorry, but for $189 boots, that's not ok with me.

These are my go-to boots to wear with dressy slacks & have them in multiple colors. They are very soft, smooth leather. I do always need to add a thin cushion pad to the insole, which I can only get from Comfort One shoe store. I'm happy this style is still available. I wish the dark tan / caramel color was offered because mine are getting worn.

I ordered a navy blue 7 1/2 M. Lovely soft leather, classic simple style, just as shown on the website. Unfortunately they don't come in a narrow size and the heel was too loose on my narrow feet. I have to return them.

The foot portion fit great. The problem is the zipper. Having it on the outer side of the shoe made it extremely difficult to zip. So, I am going to return them.

Beautiful shoe with soft supple leather. I have black and wine colors. Pretty comfy but perhaps not for being on my feet or walking for a great length of time.. they really are gorgeous.
