This bra is misnamed, as it doesn't really give the kind of support needed for high impact activities, hence the 3-star overall rating. However it does hold the girls well at low impact and would be perfect for yoga, cycling, strength work... and it is now my favorite bra of all time for everyday wear.
I liked this bra but returned it. The quality and adjustability is very good. I tried 2 sizes (32C and 34C because in other brands I can wear either/both) and both had the same problem: the band area was very snug, but the cups were not supportive -- even though they were the right size. So, as others noted, the support is lacking. And for the same reason, it is not a comfortable "every day" bra for me either because of the snugness of the band. Also, it's not very soft material, which I prefer for an every day bra. I did end up ordering the Anita Air Control Bra, which I love. It has a better fit, better material, better support.
Personally, I don't think there are many bras out there that are actually made with comfort of the woman who wears them in mind. I'm pretty picky when it comes to bras and this is actually my second purchase of this specific bra because it is great for daily wear. I bought my first one at Title 9 as a sports bra but learned early on that this bra is better as an everyday bra than sports bra. It has wide adjustable shoulder straps and a firm hold around the chest and isn't padded or wired which I prefer. I highly recommend it as an everyday bra, and not just for a sports bra.
This bra is so light and comfortable--much lighter and more comfortable than my older Anita sports bra that kind of feels like I'm wearing a sports sweater :)--and perfectly supportive for yoga, which is what I bought it for. I'm a 30G in standard underwire bras, but I buy a 32G in Anita sports bras.
I do not see how this is considered firm support
Does not offer much support while moving. At 32B, this should not be a challenge. Not any better control than a $20 sports bra. The fabric is nice though, and the fit comfortable.

Fit and size were just right. I would never wear this for running (36 D) but it is fine for yoga, the elliptical machine, and walking. I was looking for a lightweight, comfortable exercise bra with traditional straps and this fits the bill, but the word "firm" in the title is a bit misleading. There's jiggle during any exercise with impact.
I really wanted to like this bra. It’s very smooth and comfortable. However, it doesn’t provide any support. I am a 30 DD but can sometimes wear a 32 D when a 30 isn’t available in sports bras. For me, the fit was ok on the tightest hook, but there wasn’t any support to engage in fitness activities.
I think this bra does not deserve the bad reviews. It's simple, comfortable and I thought it was very supportive. I wear a 36DD, which is a 36E in Anita. The fabric is soft, with a little stretch.
