I purchased 3 pairs of boots from BedStu and when they arrived none of them fit! I called to ask about how to best determine a better fit for exchange and the woman who helped me was wonderful. She was super knowledgeable and really helped me understand how real leather fits and works. She then took care of everything from finding out if they had the sizes I needed in stock, to the return and reorder of the proper fit boot. Then when the order arrived it was the perfect fit! I am so excited to finally own quality leather boots and support a fine company who really seems to poor their heart and soul into quality products and care. I am talking to everyone about this company!

Sizing is off: I purchased a pair of these boots a few years back and love them. I recently purchased a new pair in a different color and the same size. They are Large!! I exchanged for a half size smaller and wish it was a full size smaller. Even with socks on my feet are not secured.

My boyfriend bought these for me and I got a 1/2 size bigger based on reviews. Unfortunately these will be returned because the stiffness and tightness was unbearable. They feel like glass slippers.

Beautiful craftsmanship: These boots are amazing..I sized up upon other reviews, i take a 9 i went to a 10..because I will wear socks with them..therefore they are perfect..if u wear thin socks,probably a half size up..but they are gorgeous, i got tang black..not yellow like the photo,more like a natural tan yellowy...they are unique, comfortable and I love them..as most of my bed stu purchases
