Normally I wear size 10.5 but the shoes are a little big and with inserts they are too tight

These are my go-to shoes for everything. I'm a woman with size 11 wide feet and the size 43's fit perfectly. I sigh with happiness every time I slip them on, the support is so good.

I love my shoes but I have to wear two pair of socks or they will slip off. I think I should return them and get a similar shoe with a heel. can we do that? Please let me know. Anyway to email me a UPS sticker so i may exchange them for a similar shoe with a heel instead of open heel? Thank you. John
