I love these Falke soft merino socks! I bought a pair a few years ago while on a trip in Europe and did not realize, until now, that I could get them in the United States. They have been my favorite socks because of several reasons. (1) They fit super well -- no bagginess that can cause blisters or discomfort. (2) They are warm (wool) without being too thick, so they fit well in my dress shoes. (3) They wash well and have held up over time.

I was willing to pay the price for nice thin soft dressy socks if these would have fit me. But they were too long and too narrow for my size 9W or 10W feet. The band at the top dug into my calf. If you have slender feet, they might work for you. The fabric was nice. I was very disappointed; still looking for the right thin dressy socks.
