I have been trying to find a similar pair to "Selena" that is discontinued. After trying on various ones, this is THE perfect replacement. It comes in Wide and the straps are similar. Hurray for success and comfortable summer feet.

It wasn't clear to me when I ordered that it wasn't leather, but a substitute. I thought, given the price, that it was leather. I've found the leather ones hold together longer than the substitutes. They degrade much more quickly.

The fit is perfect for me. This is my second pair of this style, and the first pair hasn't even worn out yet, but I wanted to be sure to have a replacement pair when they do wear out. The first pair has lasted several years to date and are just starting to look a little worn, but I only wear them in spring/summer/fall due to cold winter weather and I take good care of them. These sandals are comfortable to wear when I walk long distances and provide some (moderate) arch support. I like the less "chunky" look of this style as compared with other Birkenstocks, especially because I have small feet.
