Pretty nice shoe for what I bought it for. Nice enough to wear dressed but really too nice to wear as a "desert boot" or with jeans like we use to as kids. I kept them and wear them when I play my pedal steel guitar. So I consider them a deluxe pair of chukka boots.

i needed a new pair of dress shoes. i like chukka boots because my slacks lay better on these boots better than slip on dress shoes. they are attractive and fit my foot really well.
These run a bit long. I originally ordered 11W. Returned for 10.5W. Fit much better. Easy return thru UPS Store
Outstanding fit, and comfort, literally can walk miles in them
The eyelet holes in the shoe were metal reinforced and had a diameter too small for a standard aglet at the end of replacement shoelaces. I needed replacement shoelaces because the ones that came with the boots slipped and would not stay tied.
