I LOVE ZAPPOS! Zappos is WONDERFUL ! Hunter Boots, however, does not stand behind their products. I had pristine boots that I wore once a year. I thought I’d clean them so I used their buffing and shine product to do that and afterwards it looked like acid had been poured on the boot. I called Hunter customer service and after a week of haggling they did nothing to help me. I am truly shocked that a company with such a fine reputation would not stand behind their products. Ill throw them in the trash. Heart broken. As for the boots themselves....I loved them! Comfortable and cute. Just too much money to spend to just be ruined by the company’s own cleaning products! I’m a 7.5 and 7s were perfect. Buyer beware.

I love these Red Tall Gloss Rain Boots! I wear a size 11. These boots fit perfectly for my feet. However, the calf circumference was tight. Rain boots are worn on the outside or jeans or pants. The calf size of these boots is way too small to fit over jeans or pants. Please increase the calf size of these boots to match a size 11 foot. I would order these again if the calf circumference was increased.

Want a pair of boots that will elicit compliments ? These boots are for you. They are stunningly beautiful. Having read that they might dull with time, I treat them with lots of love, including wiping them after ever use. So far, they are still shiny.

Great Rain boots. Of course they are wide but all rain boots are. They are true to size and I love they way they look. The buckle on the side is a bit uncomfortable if you cross your legs but overall these are great! I’m a size 10.

I went with my regular size, a true 8 and they fit perfectly! Since I am on the shorter side (5'2), I purchased a pair of elevated heel inserts and the shaft hits right below my knees, an easy fix.
