I sprayed 2 pairs of classic ultra mini boots that had never been worn. One shoe immediately developed a dark stain as soon as the protector spray landed on it. Now UGG won't stand by their product or replace the unworn boots that were ruined by their own product. They say the warranty won't cover it and that it's accidental damage...accidental damage from their own waterproof spray.
I thought because it was ugg and I've bought from ugg before. It would come in decent packaging at least in a box. Maybe one that said ugg like my other stuff. It came in a awful messed up box that looked like it had been punched and kicked and thrown
We used this product in brand new UGG mini boots that my daughter bought with her own babysitting money. The protection promise is absolutely FALSE. Daughter was in tears when her boots were ruined even though we followed the product instructions to the letter! Don't be duped and disappointed by us. UGG won't do anything to make this right either! Use a non-UGG protector instead. We learned the VERY sad and hard way
Necessary purchase especially for the lighter colored ugg boots.
I'm disappointed. After spraying my new Uggs, there are small stains on one shoe. I shook the canister well and followed the instructions. This never happened with good old Kiwi spray!
