The sandal was almost perfect. Except for the stitching around the heel. It was rubbing against my heel. If they correct that and make it smooth I will buy 2 pair

I've been getting this sandal for years. Great for my flat feet. This is the first time the style changed. The sole is not pure rubber but a hollow composite that will probably not last as long as the prior and the adjuster on the heel has been eliminated. Still very comfortable but not the same quality

Not surprised as lack of arch support in a sandal, but I was surprised how well an OTC orthotic “insert” worked as a solution.

sandle is very nice and of fine quality. The stitching hurt my feet.

The most uncomfortable sandals I have ever worn. I expected more from Rockport given I have many pairs of their shoes.

Don't fit. Straps are too short to adjust to my high arches. I wore them for a week and they just didn't work for me.

Website did not state delivery date. Tracking date was not met. I tried calling the posted phone numbers only to hear a message that they were no longer answering the phones. I used to be able to trust Rockport but am very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Product was mediocre at best.
