Great until the purported leather upper began peeling around the collar several months after purchase. These were not frequently used, mostly once or twice a week for only a couple of hours of light activity like shopping, restaurants, etc. They also felt slightly loose in length and width compared to similar shoes in a couple other brands.
I usually wear a 12 Dr. Marten, but they discontinued everything in a similar style to this. 11.5 in this fit me well. Slips on and looks sort of like a boot which is exactly what I wanted. Loss of style points because the leather looks inexpensive and lacking in quality. It looks like it is probably "genuine leather" with a fake grain patter stamped in rather than any sort of "full grain" leather. Also, I don't love the tread pattern as it tends to track debris. But it is fine for the price, and comfortable. Insoles are firm, not squishy like some shoes with memory foam. It feels like the comfort comes from a squishy mid-sole. It almost feels like a squishy kitchen mat is built in to the shoes.

I have purchased these annually for the last 12 years after I discovered them at DSW. They are perfect for the OR because they are extremely comfortable and do not slip on wet floors. They are also very resistant to stains.My only complaint is that is wear them out usually by the end of every year. As long as these keep being produced, I will never buy another work shoe.
I have had the shoes for a total of two months, the sole is already peeling away from the bottom of the shoe. Dr. Sholes should probably invest in a stronger adhesive....

Awful quality. The gimmicky Dr Scholls heel pad has ripped out after only a few weeks. The lining around it separated within the first week, making them extremely uncomfortable.
These are great shoes for working in kitchens, non slip & very comfortable..
