Sturdy, supportive shoes, however these may not work for you if you have high insteps which I do from an old accident resulting in arthritis. Shoe puts too much pressure on instep which also happens with any lace up tennis shoe. Had to return them. Thank goodness for Zappos wonderful return policy!
I wear these shoes to work and they are nice enough to wear out and about including dinner at friend's houses. They go with jeans or dress pants and cradle and support my feet. Most importantly they truly are slip resistant. I had the opportunity to try them out during a November sleet storm. Thank You to all the workers at SAS!!!
Hammer toes? Yep. Bunions? Yep. Working on restaurant and need slip resistant shoes? Yep Wide feet? Yep These shoes are amazing. I love them. I was to a point of buying new shoes every 30 days and none of the shoes I was buying could help with my "feet problems" . I was worried about buying these at first but I'm glad I did. I work long days and stay on my feet a lot, they take the pressure off my toes and are wild enough to give me space. I'll buy again

I work as an instructor in a huge facility. I average about 2 to 3 miles per day and my feet never hurt wearing these. For the record, these are my second pair of SAS work shoes. I could pull a 12-hour shift and my feet don't know the difference. Discovering SAS Shoes has been a godsend to my feet and work life. I now have my husband wearing them too. I highly recommend this particular shoe for ladies working on their feet, especially for long hours.
