Guardian Slip-Resistant Comfort Lace Up

The shoe fit true to size. Unfortunately they are very heavy and my tennis shoes have better anti-slip characteristics than these shoes.

I walk 7-10 miles a day at work and have had surgery on one of my feet and these shoes are the only ones I have found to support my feet all day, everyday. My feet feel great at the end of each day

Headed to Europe in two weeks. Yes I know, awesome timing :). These are the best for cobblestones and long walks on hard surfaces. Sensible looking. I am not saying you take these to the Red and White Christmas Ball. But a must for any serious traveler.

Don't buy these shoes unless you don't mind picking up many bits of debris from your floors. The tight traction sole pattern with countless little grooves holds an incredible amount of crud from outdoors. Then it gets deposited all over both carpeted and hardwood floors. It's also very difficult to scrub the junk out of those little grooves. It's highly annoying. I have to remember to wear them only around the house, not outdoors. The shoes look good and are comfortable, but, boy, am I tired of cleaning up after them.

Okay, I returned this item but the quality and comfort was high. I unfortunately did not like the style. I am a manager at F&B and wanted a comfortable work shoe that can be dressed up and this did not fit the bill. But if you like the style then absolutely good buy.

After 30 plus years of 8 to 10 hour days on my feet these are my go to. Can go all day with no problems. No foot pain. Love them!

The leather on these shoes is definitely of high quality, there's no denying that. As far as comfort, it does not offer the ultimate comfort that I was hoping for. I work as a waiter and bartender so I'm on my feet 10-12hrs a day and for the price of these shoes, I'm disappointed. The toe box is not as wide and roomy as described and after 6 hrs of wear, I start to experience some pain. The shoe feels solid but after a short time you start to feel the impact.

My husband had a pair Guardians that he wore out in 2 years. He replace them with Hokas that were great for a while but eventually ripped apart at the seams, Tonight his special diabetic shoes hurt him so badly that he finished his workday in his stocking feet. We’re grateful to know that the SAS shoes will work for him perfectly and prevent pain in his feet and knees. We knew about SAS because I have at least six pairs of SAS sandals and boots. They are absolutely a great if you want or need to walk. Both my husband and I have wide feet, and we appreciate that the wide SAS have a roomy toolbox and a slimmer mid foot and heel. Cheaper shoes are just boxy all over and don’t really fit.

These shoes are nice looking and comfortable. The provided foam insoles are the best I've ever encountered, practically able to replace my expensive custom orthotics.However, the tight hexagonal grid design of the sole collects many bits of debris from outdoors, which it can then deposit in the house. The soles are also difficult to clean, with little bits of yard debris stuck in grid that need to be dug out.

Just did not fit me. Disappointing.
