I have many SAS shoes in various styles and love them all. This pair of classic loafers in mocha color are unwearable. They look nice, but the foot bed is too high (my feet don't sink into the shoe) and the inside heel of the shoes is made of such rough and raw leather that it immediately rubs and hurts both heels. It seems like a defective pair of shoes that I couldn't wear at all. It was so disappointing. The shoes were expensive and the first ones I ordered online. There isn't a SAS Shoe store close by where I currently live. I'll wait until I can shop in a store before I buy again. Luckily, SAS shoes last a long time. I'll return these but have others to enjoy.

RUN DONT WALK FROM THIS COMPANY! My mother has owned a couple pairs of these shoes for a couple years now. As she gets older, her feet are swelling so I ordered a wide because she normally wears a narrow. She could not get this shoe on her foot. It was way too small and no way was it a wide. so they had to go back but they charge you $10 as a restocking fee not to mention you pay shipping both ways. This is the worst company ever. Stay away from them because if the shoes don't fit, you are royally screwed!

Ten years ago, SAS made great shoes. Then there's this shoe. The decorative strap (which isn't really able to secure a penny; it's just a single strip with a hole in it) is sewed so tightly that the shoe is about 2 sizes smaller in that inch-wide strip. I salvaged my purchase by using Loctite Shoe Glue to reposition the strap, but I should not have had to fix it at all. Once I loosened the foot-crushing strap, I had a comfortable shoe.

This is my 4th pair and I am always satusfied. They are stylush and last quite a while.They are very comfy as I am walking a lit in my job. I am very satisfied
