I normally wear regular width in Dansko, including a pair of these shoes that are about 5 years old, but I couldn't even get my foot in it. It definitely doesn't have the roomy toe box that those of us who spend a lot of time on our feet appreciate.

These shoes are great if you’re on your feet all day or night. They lasted me a long time. I usually have to replace my shoes every 6 months, these lasted me well over a year. Great flight attendant shoes!

Super cute shoe, but REALLY small. Had to return.

A friend has some Dansko booties that she loves and raves about how roomy and comfortable they are. I was hoping that if I went a half size up, these would be wide enough - it works for some shoes - but, sadly, not these. They are good quality and attractive, but just too tight. I don't know why a company like Dansko cannot offer wide widths. I'm to the point in my life that I am no longer willing to put up with tight shoes. Sending these back.

I was desperate for a comfortable pair of black leather shoes with a low heel and most importantly, a vamp with some give. I have arthritis on the top of my right foot and had had foot surgery on my left big toe joint 5 years ago, so comfortable shoes with some stretchiness are important. BUT, they have to look great, too! Dansko has knocked it out of the park with this style - the top vamp is adjustable - imagine that in a beautiful leather shoe! I was amazed at just how comfortable they were and how great they looked with my slacks for the office, or with jeans for casual days. If they only came in more colors and maybe some metallic cool-looking vibes too, I'd buy them all!!! Thanks, Zappos, for making it easy to find the shoes I want and the shoes I need to wear all at the same time. Great service & selections!

My foot was slipping out of the shoe in the back

Sizing just didn't work. I needed a 9.5 and the sizing of 8.5-9 vs. 9.5-10 didn't work for me. The heel was somewhat narrow too. Felt a little wiggly when walking. Not solid. Sadly, returning them.

I had purchased this shoe style years ago and loved it for its fit and comfort. The fit is fine, but it feels like I am wearing a wooden block. No give, no cushion. Just too firm and my feet hurt within minutes of wearing them. Too late to return, sadly.

I selected these because I'm desperate for a dressy black leather shoe I can wear with pants (like a loafer) in situations where I think Dansko clogs or Blundstone boots may not be acceptable, or when the weather's too hot. My feet are wide, especially across the toes, and very sensitive. I have nerve damage from trying to wear ordinary last and taper-toe shoes in my twenties. My typical size is a 39. I got these in a 8.5 Wide. They are too long and too narrow, and also not attractive. I still have some long-ago Dansko options (boots) that I still use. They are not even Wide size; but the foot bed is generous and supportive, and the style is classy (eg low stacked or shaped heel), so they work with some polish and TLC. Sure wish Dansko or *any other* company would create functional, chic, operative shoes for the huge wide-foot market out here.

These are my most comfortable shoes and I've worn them a long time. Great arch support.
