Best boots ever

My daughter had these boots for only three months before they failed. She wore them to school and occasional outings not daily so this level of wear is completely unacceptable for a product that costs nearly $200. I was told the boots were covered under a one year warranty, yet my claim was denied twice with the explanation that the issue did not qualify. On top of that, there is no way to speak with anyone directly, warranty claims are handled strictly through email. This made the process slow, frustrating, and extremely difficult to resolve, with no real accountability. I have owned UGG boots for years without any issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After nearly two months of back and forth, I accepted the denial and stated that I would be sharing my experience. The very next day, my claim was suddenly approved. This kind of inconsistency raises serious concerns about how claims are evaluated and handled. While the warranty was eventually honored, it should never take this much time, effort, and persistence to receive a fair outcome. Between the poor product durability and the frustrating, impersonal customer service process, I have completely lost confidence in this brand. I will not be purchasing from this company again and would not recommend it to others.

Very disappointed. These boots were purchased for my daughter and after only about 3 months of normal use, they started falling apart. The stitching came undone and the material is separating from the sole. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. I've owned this brand before and never experienced anything like this. What's even more frustrating is that the company refused to honor the warranty and denied my claim, despite the obvious defect. Based on both the poor quality and lack of support, I would not recommend these boots and won't be purchasing from this brand again.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchases from UGG. I originally purchased the Bailey Bow boots, which faded dramatically after only two wearsfar beyond what could reasonably be considered normal wear and tear. For a premium-priced product marketed for quality and durability, this level of fading was unacceptable. I expected the boots to maintain their appearance for at least a full season, not look noticeably worn after two uses. Due to that experience, I decided I did not want to keep the second pair I had purchasedthe Tall Classic bootsand attempted to return them. However, I was told that because I was outside the return window, nothing could be done. While I understand that return policies are in place for a reason, it is incredibly frustrating when one product fails almost immediately and, as a result, I am unable to return another unworn pair simply due to timing. Following customer service guidance, I also used the recommended restoration service in hopes of correcting the fading issue with the first pair. Unfortunately, the service did not resolve the problem. Overall, it felt like I was being directed to spend additional money to fix an issue that should not have occurred in the first place. Between the premature deterioration of the first pair, the inability to return the second pair after such a disappointing experience, and the unsatisfactory restoration outcome, I am left feeling completely let down. I expected far better quality and customer support from a brand with such a strong reputation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend these products.
