My son loves his new Keens. I generally buy him the Keen Seacamp CNX sandals, as he has a narrow foot and likes how lightweight they are. This time we ventured out to try something new as we were looking for something with a bit more tread on the bottom. I was concerned they would be too heavy and wide for his feet as the Keen Newport H2s typically run too wide for him, but the Newport Neos fit great with room to grow and we were able to adjust them to the correct tightness. My son says the Seacamps and the Neos are equally comfortable but he feels like he has a lot more traction with the Neos. Being that he wears his Keens year-round, and they never wear out, we’ll keep purchasing Keens! We’ve always been able to wash and hand-down every pair of Keens my son has worn since he was a toddler. They truly last and that’s saying something considering how active my son is, and how hard he is on his shoes!

Great shoe, it runs a full size larger then normal Keen Kids shoes. We ordered the size 4 big kids and had to exchange for a size 3.
Others state shoe runs a size big - these seemed to fit my sons foot perfectly. We tried a similar Chaco model shoe and my son hated it - noted it was very uncomfortable. These, however, he's very happy with. Multiple hikes and swimming holes later - no complaints. Only issue I have with them is they dont really have the best grip on wet rock.
My son has worn this style Keen every spring/summer for the last 5 years. They are his go-to shoe for all adventures outside. They are excellent quality, and the fit is consistent! We order the next size up every year. Another great thing about these shoes is that they are comfortable right out of the box-they require no “breaking in” time, which is great because they are intended to be worn without socks. Love these!
Perfect for the summer, always have a pair of Keens to go boating, walking, fishing. I prefer the mens style but since it does not come in small enough sizes in mens, I go for Big Kids! Great fit, great price too.

I tried this keen for my son to switch it up from another model and this one is much harder to get their foot into. He also keeps getting blisters on his ankles from the fabric of the shoe. Not my favorite model but itll do for now.
