This was the fourth pair of Keens sandals ordered to replace my older pair. I returned the others and decided to keep this pair because I liked the way they looked and they felt pretty good, once I was able to get them on. However, this pair, like all the others are difficult to get your foot into. The opening is tight and the synthetic material doesn't give like the previous versions with leather. If I could have found a sandal that was as functional, I would have returned these too but please get the message to Keen that they will loose their loyal brand following if they don't pay more attention to shoe design and put comfort, functionality, and durability before profit margin with overseas manufacturers.

Very comfortable to walk over uneven, cobblestone streets and sidewalks. Sturdy against the rough surfaces; supportive of my feet, legs and hips. Toes are covered. The sole has spring and arch support. There is enough room to wear a thin knit ankle sock. The compliments for the rainbow of colors - frequently asked whose make and where can they be purchased! Zappos, of course!!

I have had 5 pairs over the years and 3 of which were the rainbow Keens. Every shoe lasted and was great in every respect. I give them the ultimate walker, hiker, everyday, and water uses.

Keens have been my go-to for over a decade. I own two pair of similar sandals that I purchased 13 years ago and they still are in decent shape and comfortable in length and width. These are very hard to pull on, like they are shorter, or the straps are shorter. Once on they are the correct length. The lacing you can loosen as much as you possibly can but they are still tight enough to squeeze my toes. Since both the new pair and the old pairs have the same sort of ribbon texture fabric straps, these are not stretchable. So the only conclusion is that the factory making the Keens shoes isn't making them the same. This is now the 2nd pair that are too narrow.

Love the fun color and the support! Unfortunately, there is no back strap adjustment; even with laces loosened it still took effort to put them on and I don't want to hat to struggle to put on water sandals at the beach. Others might prefer the backstrap be snug so they would not slip off during hikes or walking in rocky creeks.

The shoes have great support and the color is so much fun! Unfortunately, the heel strap doesn't have an adjustable strap. Even with the laces loosened, it felt a little hard to stretch them each time to put them on, especially if I wanted to use them at the beach

After trying and returning several different Keen sandals to replace my 5 year old Keens, I decided to keep these. They are comfortable...once you get them on. The synthetic materials leave the opening for your foot with no give so they are hard to pull on. These also feel more snug than my older keens. I wish Keen would return to its former engineering rather than this more cheaply constructed sandal.
