I ordered a 10-10.5 because I usually take 10.5 US Men's. The shoes that arrived said 44, but felt like US size 11+.

I always wear a 45 in Sanitas. In this shoe, as others have said, I had to go down two full sizes. Not sure what happened with this batch, but they are still very comfortable. Just not sized very well.
