I'm returning these shoes because they were very hard to get my heels into and felt tight across the top. (So much for "Relaxed Fit!") And a minor annoyance---they squeak!

True to size True to width And they take a beating Ordered 2 pairs and still working on the 1st pair just started getting a couple holes on the top but still going

overall very comfortable. the tongue is a little short which is annoying, but otherwise everything else is good. i would swap out the insoles, cause after one day of work it felt pretty flat already.
