I need a durable work boot as an automotive tech. Over 20 years I've been through tons of boots and shoes. These boots have been one of the best for me, so much so I bought a second pair. My one concern is that the sole seems to be wearing pretty quickly, but other than that these are great boots. #SWEEPSTAKES

Probably should have got shock absorbing soles. These are hard to adjust to... I hate that there no store near me where I could have found them.

At my age shock absorbing sole would be a plus. I've worn them a couple of weeks, so far so good, hopefully they remain comfortable. Wish there was a local Timberland Store here.

I felt discomfort on the first try. The tongue kind of hurts when I walk. There is something pointy that keeps hitting my skin every time I make a step.

I have worn these boots for years and will continue to do so for as long as Timberland makes them.

These boots were a little uncomfortable behind the tongue when brand new but after i beat it with a hammer to flatten out the spot that was chaffing my ankle it was fine. Bottom line is these are one of the most comfortable work boots i've worn once broken in. I love em. Downside is the front rubber piece over the toe will unattach really quick,and the rubber sole will start to come unglued from the boot around the edges the first year. With that said if u buy a a pair every year to year and a half your good but don't look to get more then 1 1/2 year out of these boots with regular construction use. But they are super comfortable and light so i would buy again and recommend u to at least try them out.
