501® Jeans

These 501s in Thrifted and Gifted are great for those of us with hourglass/curvy figures. There's a bit more room in the thigh and the waist is higher and smaller than 501s of old. These are high waist jeans, which I'm not quite used to. Thrifted and Gifted also has a little stretch, which I like. Wish they also came in 34" inseam, but very happy to finally find a pair of Levis that fit.

According to the tag: 501 Women's Original. Signature button fly. High rise, Straight leg. Fitted through the hip and thigh. Color - Thrifted and Gifted. So what do I think? I love this fit and the fabric. I bought a 28 waist even though I'm a 29 in measurement actuality. I was banking on that 1% elastane giving a tiny bit of stretch, and it paid off. The material is substantial. These look and feel high quality. The 32" inseam is perfect on my 5'9" frame. I also love Levi's sustainability initiative. I'm so happy with this purchase!

These are great pants, just a bit too high for me. I'm 5'6" and 130lbs and the 26 fit great except for the front rise. They were about 1in above my belly button and that's too high for me. I normally wear a 27 in most pants including Levi's 721's. These are nice and sturdy. I prefer the feel of jeans mostly made of cotton and these felt great!

I have many beautiful designer jeans but these are the classic. I'm 5'4" 120 and 501s in 26x30 are a perfect comfy fit. Love rigid denim; these will wear beautifully and last till they fall to shreads -- and isn't that what we love about jeans? They go with everything and you can wear them anywhere in the world.

I absolutely love these!! I have been looking for jeans this style for the longest and these are fit amazing and look great. They are true to size. I am 5’3’’ smaller waist but thicker thighs and they look great on.

I first saw a similar pair in Barneys' Fall catalogue - for almost 10x of what they are selling for here!! I decided to go on Zappos and found these! They are exactly what I have been searching for -- straight but not "too straight" as in they don't make legs look like columns. The high waist sits all the way at the natural waist and creates nice long legs and balanced proportions. They fit both waist and hips nicely. The material is nice and sturdy just like vintage 501s, and the added stretch is the perfect amount to make them comfortable too. I couldn't be happier: it's the middle of summer and I have already found my go-to staple for Fall/Winter!!
