Shoes were too small. Zappos doesn’t offer exchanges. I purchased them because I was offered a discount coupon. If I purchase the same shoes, but the next size larger, will I get the same discount?

The shoes are very comfortable, true to size - I need a wide toe box and these feel great. They do benefit from a break-in period in the house first so the leather can soften a bit and that’s not a knock. My first pair of Brooks and I am a big fan.

Walking in Oaxaca: Bought these for a five-day trip to Oaxaca, Mexico, where I knew I would be doing a lot of walking. Still there as I write this. The shoes are proving to fit their description, and that makes me happy.

Fantastic: For years, I've been looking for a waterproof shoe. I should have called Brooks years ago. Incredibly comfortable. Brooks prevents me from having surgery. These are the only shoes I wear. I can do anything when I'm wearing them i.e. walking long distances, running to catch a train, plane, etc, keeping up with my 4 active grandsons. Ultimately I start to limp when not wearing them; my feet & knees get really sore without wearing them. I look forward to rainy days. Thank you, Brooks!

These are for my son, his second pair. He has flat feet...think Fred Flintsone. The instant he put these on he loved them. He wears them to work - he is a busser, so lots of walking.
