I am autistic and live with chronic pain so I need sneakers to wear all day, everyday. Sometimes it's hard for me to tie my shoes, so I decided to give Velcros a try and I've worn these ones every day for the last 6 months! I always need to have both shoes feel exactly the same, so adjusting straps is easier than tying laces and these feel like hugs for my feet. I wore them to the doctor and she liked them, she said they were a good choice. I like the black ones because they match with everything, I asked for the white ones for my birthday because I think they will look nice with skirts and shorts this summer.

I have bought this shoe many times. But, the last 2 pairs SQUEAK, as well as this pair. This is absurd. Don't buy this shoe. Too expensive for squeaking shoes.

Soo I have a bunion going on on one foot with something called hallux rigidus or something , idk. Anyway the hard supportive sole has been PERFECT . The world wide take over from those thick ahh foam shoes has been my nightmare, I'm good for a couple of months then I end up in so much pain I can't walk my dog after a 12 hr nursing shift. Don't be embarrassed to switch to Velcro , I never want to tie a shoe again. I've been wearing these about 3mo. Now and still love them, bout to buy a pair for leisure wear

I did not like these. They were what I needed for school (leather type outside) but they HURT. The tongue is so hard and was pushing into the top of my foot. They're VERY heavy so my legs also hurt from just being able to pull them up with every step. I tried them out for about a week. I returned these.

A particular health issue makes finding any shoes that fit increasingly near-impossible. These are very nice shoes - as are any Brooks shoes I have ever worn (in the past) so my needing to return is not a problem of the shoes but a big problem with the health condition and finding proper shoes.
