Beautifully made. These boots are pretty sexy. I felt the size was a tad small but thought if I returned them for 8.5, they would be too big and thinking leather may give a little with time or can use a thicker sock to stretch. The reason i picked these is because I am have lean long legs and all other boots are way too big on the calf's.
The style was beautiful, material felt soft and it was what was looking for. Sadly my calves were too big for them so they didn’t zip up comfortably. I got a size 5, circumference of the shaft was 13 inches. I probably would do better with 13 3/4 or 14 inches to be able to wear pants/leggings.
This boots are gorgeous! Got them in the black & snake. They truly are the classic stiletto tall boot. I wear a 6.5-7 & got the 6.5 & fits great. The quality is very nice & they are comfy. For ref I'm 5'2 105lbs & my calves are definitely on the smaller side & these fit around them pretty good. There's a little bit of space but its not bad. I would say if your calves are bigger, these may be a bit snug.
I’m not sure if got the same boot as these other reviews but my boots the shaft circumference is huge like it’s made for huge calf’s and I ordered my regular size. Never been so confused with a purchase I think I’ll have to return these cause to have them taken in it’ll cost me additional money and I’d rather get a more expensive boot that’s higher quality and will actually fit So I actually measured the circumference and as you can see it’s 15” not 13” like advertised very misleading and frustrating
This is a beautiful boot. The leather is soft and supple, and it felt comfortable as soon as I put it on. Unfortunately, for those of us on the petite side, this boot is about an inch or two too tall (I'm 5'3", and it hits the bottom of my kneecap, and when I sit, it crinkles between the top of my calf and the bottom of my thigh). It seems as though it may have a tendency to bag a bit at the bottom, but to be fair, I have slim ankles. Overall, if you're taller, this may be perfect for you.
Wow, this boot is so gorgeous! As others have mentioned, it's ideal for ladies with slender calves. The leather is so smooth and the boot is simply sexy. I ordered this pair with a similar style boot from Linea Paolo and actually opted to keep the other one for 3 reasons: 1) the zipper bucket on this boot is noisy when you walk, 2) the heel was a tiny bit too high and 3) though the boot fit my legs there was still a gap and I wanted a snug fit. I didn't want to have to take them to a cobbler to adjust. They're amazing though. You won't be disappointed.
I'm in love with these boots. Exactly what I wanted: I was looking for sexy boots for my NARROW calves. They are extremely comfy for my feet. Love them.
Definitely not a 13” calf circumference - more than likely a 15” or more. Also, came with light scratches on the leather. Beautiful in theory, but not practice.
Calf circumference is way too big. Many reviews said it was narrow. They were all wrong.
Wow! What a disappointment. Gorgeous boots, exactly what I was looking for....BUT YES! the other reviews are correct. I have "large" calves and yet these boots were swimming on my legs!!!!! I have no choice but to return them. Even if I wore them over jeans the shaft would be huge. Bummer, because they're so nice.
