The Nike Swim Essentials Men's Long Sleeve Hydroguard is a great piece for those who wish to add sun protection when out for a swim. It offers UPF 40+ which i found great for not just swims, but for outdoor workouts. I went for a run in a very sunny day and decided to use the top. It offers light compression and was great for sweat wicking as well. It kept me cool and looks stylish with us simple design. Really great base product you can use for many things!

I recently got this white long sleeve, its been surprisingly comfortable and good for when its cooler out but also suits warm weather, I felt comfortable wearing this out in the sun and it protected my skin from the beaming sun, I like the simple clean look, the subtle Nike swoosh on the chest and the fit is nice, not too tight or loose just right. Would recommend as a great basic for anyone who likes to be comfortable and enjoys versatile pieces for any activity.

The shirt was made with a simple design but very functional for a lot of activities. My son was able to wear this shirt to the lake. It provided protection from the sun. He wore it while swimming and when not swimming dried quickly. Im sure he will be wearing it for everyday wear and when swimming again.
