I finally found the perfect Mary Jane. Not to fancy, not to plain…just right to wear with jeans and skirts. I was worried that the narrow width would be a problem but it’s not. I don’t have a wide foot yet other mentioned watch support placement in the shoe. For me it’s perfect

I ordered two sizes to see which one fit best. I have always worn 38 “open” in sandals, but have 39 in boots from last year that I love; I change out the insert in those for an orthopedic insert. For the Tracy I am going with the 39. They seem to work with my orthopedic inserts or the included Birkenstock insert which I wore them with for work today which included a lot of walking. Sole of my foot felt fine. There was a bit of discomfort where the leather rubbed the top of my feet, but I am confident they will break in fine. I was very satisfied with my first day of wear.

Love my birkenstock sandals, but these didn't fit. Run narrow, which is actually good for me, but also short - I ordered the 41, usually plenty big, but they were too small. The edge also runs across my bunion, which seemed like it was going to be uncomfortable, so I am returning these.

I realized the arch support is too high for my Feet hurt. I did not like the cheap Leather. Not Worth the Price.

I’m so bummed because I want these shows to work. They are cute and they feel good as far as the arch support etc - the only problem is the top that goes accross the top of my foot is so tight and hurt immediately putting them on. Not sure if the wider one would work because I am always a medium width in regular shoes and it just feels like these are cut weird

My overall rating of 3 stars is not because if the actual shoe. These shoes are nice and what I expect from Birkenstock. I am upset that Zappos picture showed a silver buckle and when I received the shoes, it was a gold buckle. There was no help from customer service. Just an excuse that this sometimes happens as a manufacturer will change a style but Zappos uses the old picture. False advertising is not to be rewarded. The shoes are good otherwise, but I wouldn't order from Zappos and trust you will get the correct product.

I have arthritis in my knees, hips, feet… everywhere! Have had my knees and hips replaced and these shoes are better than any other out to dinner pair I have. They are a comfy Maryjane and are perfect for my narrow feet. Thank u Birkenstocks for creating these!!

Fit was not good for me due to my large foot volume; straps were too tight and the instep/toe box was not tall enough for my tall foot. I am disappointed, I really wanted them to fit.

They are very comfortable and i was able to wear them right away.beautiful leather and i get tons of compliments.
