These shoes fit me quite well. The widest part of my foot landed exactly where Pikolinos put the widest part of the shoe. Unfortunately they have a very extended toe box. I had three full finger widths between the end of my big toe and the end of the shoe. I think those long toes look weird, and the instep of the shoes collapse as I walk making them look broken down before their time.

They fell apart. The leather separated from the sole after a month. Bad stitching.

I really *really* wanted to like these shoes; I've an interview I was looking to wear them for. They look classy with simple lines and decent leather, especially for the price. Except for the Pikolinos label hanging from the shoe—why?¿—which just cheapens the appearance of the shoe. Unfortunately, the top of the shoe's upper rubs heavily against my Achilles tendons on both sides, because it's oddly curved forward, at least on the pair I tried. Other Pikolinos shoes—some five pair now I've worn out over the years?—are a perfect fit for me at size 43 (about 9.5 US), but these wore loosely and were remarkably narrow in the forefoot.

Beautiful quality, and nice shape. Classic Italian look, and the rubber bottom sections are great for traction. I personally cut off the small label on the side, looks much classier.

The shoes are quite comfortable, no hot spots or sharp points anywhere. I normally wear 9.5 to 10, these in 9.5 fit very nicely. I have some concern about the un-reinforced shoelace eyelets, so we'll see. Pricy, but the fit is good enough that I'm looking at other Pikolinos styles.

I typically wear 10.5 or 11 depending on the brand. Size 44 (10.5-11) fit perfectly. Very comfortable for a dress shoe, and looks great as well. Would recommend!
