Go one size down: The other reviewers aren't lying about the loose fit. Go one size smaller than you normally get. I am 6'1" 200lbs and usually wear a large. Occasionally an XL in some brands but never a medium. I ordered a M-Tall of this shirt and it fits perfectly.
