Bought these and I'm a women's 8. A little tight but not anything unbearable or uncomfortable. I love the style but I feel like it's sort of obvious they're children's even though there's nothing that makes them different than the adult version.
The leather is nice and supple. The soles are pleasantly thick. I gave them only 3 stars for comfort because there is a poorly-placed seam just in front of the beginning of the tongue, which digs into the top of my feet.
