Just what I needed! These thermal Merino leggings were the perfect base layer under my waders in Alaska. They kept me at a comfortable temperature without the bulk! The fit was true to size - I will be ordering more!

Definitely performed as advertised. Read the reviews about sizing. Im often a small but order a medium. The waist was perfect while the rest of the fit through the legs was ever so slightly loose. I was not cold sometimes I was a bit too warm but most of the time I was the perfect temperature while wearing these under my HH ski pants & jacket.

Warm and not itchy: I bought my merino midweight base layer to wear for a trip to Iceland in May so I haven't wore them yet. But I tried they on and they were warm and not itchy. My husband liked them so I bought my husband and son a pair too.
